A new residents' initiative, Sliema In Bloom, has been launched. Sliema In Bloom works in collaboration with the Sliema Local Council, sliema residents, NGOs and all entities working hard to improve quality across Malta. The aim is to foster civic pride, environmental accountability and to create changes that beautify the community at large.
